JDC Construction is primarily a residential remodeling company, specializing in custom home building and remodeling. Our remodeling experience includes everything from Handyman repairs to additions to whole house restoration projects. Our attention to detail in every aspect of the remodeling process from an accurate proposal to a clean job site and the flawless completion of your project differentiates JDC Construction from its competitors, while allowing for minimal intrusion upon the day-to-day lives of our customers. Founded in 1996, JDC Construction quickly developed the reputation for being one of the most professional full-service residential remodeling firms in the area. President Jason Cox combines his passion for transforming older homes into beautiful new living spaces with respect for the good business practices necessary to manage a smooth running, timely remodel. A Construction Technology graduate from Northern Kentucky University, he understands that accurate estimating and professionalism are important in completing truly successful projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jason and Lisa Cox both hold numerous designations through the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).\u00a0 \u00a0 They are Graduate Master Remodelers (GMR) which is a designation only held by one other person in the entire state of Indiana and only completed by 66 individuals nationwide. GMR is the highest level of education available to remodelers through the NAHB. They both also hold the Graduate Master Builder designation (GMB) with the NAHB. Builders who have earned the GMB designation are experienced professionals who have voluntarily engaged in professional development and other continuing<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
